In der App
Öffne Profil → Hilfe & Support → Kontolöschung anfordern und bestätige die Anfrage. Du kannst vorher in demselben Bereich eine Kopie deiner Daten exportieren.
Ohne App
Du musst die App nicht neu installieren. Sende von der mit deinem VakeUp-Konto verknüpften E-Mail-Adresse eine Anfrage mit dem Betreff „VakeUp-Konto löschen“ an dev@vakeupfridge.ch. Wir bestätigen deine Identität, falls erforderlich. Sende uns niemals dein Passwort oder Kartendaten.
Was wird gelöscht?
Login, Profil, Ernährungs- und Gesundheitsangaben, Favoriten, Push-Token, gespeicherte Zahlungsmittel und nicht mehr erforderliche Supportinhalte werden innerhalb von 30 Tagen gelöscht. Der Vorgang kann nach Beginn nicht rückgängig gemacht werden. Gesetzlich erforderliche Bestell-, Zahlungs- und Buchhaltungsbelege bleiben bis zu zehn Jahre erhalten; die Verbindung zum persönlichen Profil wird soweit möglich entfernt. Bereits abgeschlossene Käufe werden durch eine Löschanfrage nicht automatisch erstattet. Bei offenen Bestellungen kontaktiere bitte den Support.
Mit Apple angemeldet?
Wenn du „Mit Apple anmelden“ verwendet hast, kannst du die Verbindung zusätzlich in den Apple-Account-Einstellungen unter „Mit Apple anmelden“ → VakeUp → „Nicht mehr verwenden“ entfernen. Apple-Anleitung. Deine Löschanfrage wird unabhängig davon bearbeitet.

Delete your VakeUp account and data
In the app
Open Profile → Help & Support → Request account deletion and confirm. Download a copy of your data from the same section first if you want one.
Without the app
You do not need to reinstall the app. Email dev@vakeupfridge.ch from your account email address with the subject “Delete my VakeUp account”. We will verify your identity if needed. Never send your password or card details.
What happens next
Your login, profile, nutrition/health information, favorites, push tokens, saved payment methods and support content no longer needed are deleted within 30 days. Once deletion begins, it cannot be undone. Legally required order, payment and accounting records are retained for up to ten years, with personal profile links removed where possible. Completed purchases are not automatically refunded by a deletion request. Contact support about outstanding orders. You can also email us to request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account.
Used Sign in with Apple?
You can also remove the connection in your Apple Account settings under Sign in with Apple → VakeUp → Stop Using. Apple instructions. Your deletion request is processed regardless of whether you complete this step.
